Privacy policy for ThinkUEM moto program

This notice explains how ThinkUEM handles the information that can identify you (personal data) that we collect for our own purposes.

Your personal data and how we use it

The personal data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with ThinkUEM, the choices you make, including your privacy settings and Service or other means of interaction. When a client purchases product, submits an inquiry (pre or post purchase), downloads software updates, creates a ThinkUEM account ThinkUEM moto service app may collect information that may include device IMEI number, serial number, installed app list and certain system settings configurations.

Consent

ThinkUEM will gather or utilize personal information only with your knowledge and consent. At any time, you can withdraw your consent to any ThinkUEM service. ThinkUEM always have the option not to grant their permission to the collection and utilization of their personal information, or to withdraw their permission. Where a client chooses not to provide ThinkUEM with consent to collect and utilize personal information, ThinkUEM may not have sufficient information to continue providing the client with services.

Personal information collected by ThinkUEM is limited to information necessary for us to provide the requirements of our clients, to provide services and operate our business.
