This notice explains how UEM handles the information that can identify you (personal data) that we collect for our own purposes.

Your personal data and how we use it

The personal data we collect depends on the context of your interactions with UEM, the choices you make, including your privacy settings and Service or other means of interaction. When a client purchases product, submits an inquiry (pre or post purchase), downloads software updates, creates a UEM account UEM moto service app may collect information that may include device IMEI number, serial number, installed app list and certain system settings configurations.

Consent

UEM will gather or utilize personal information only with your knowledge and consent. At any time, you can withdraw your consent to any UEM service. UEM always have the option not to grant their permission to the collection and utilization of their personal information, or to withdraw their permission. Where a client chooses not to provide UEM with consent to collect and utilize personal information, UEM may not have sufficient information to continue providing the client with services.

Limiting Collection

Personal information collected by UEM is limited to information necessary for us to provide the requirements of our clients, to provide services and operate our business.

Security and Retention

We are strongly committed to protecting your privacy online and have taken steps to protect the information you share with us. For example, we use encryption technology to guard all exchanged information. UEM (not UEM moto service app) platform service retains your personal data for the length of time required to fulfill the purposes outlined in this notice unless a longer retention period is required or should be committed by law. As these requirements are various for different data types, actual retention periods can vary obviously. The standard we utilize to determine the retention periods include:

· a specific retention period for a certain data type adopted and announced by us
· the period until you actively delete the data if it is the type you provided with the expectation that we will retain it until you affirmatively remove it
