1、Information Security Policy

  In order to protect the company's information assets, as well as the security of hardware and software facilities, software, data, documents and other information, and to prevent them from being leaked, destroyed or lost due to external threats or poor internal management, an information security policy has been specially formulated.

  This information security policy applies to all employees of the company.
  This policy is discussed and reviewed by the company's leadership and department heads in a meeting or joint signature, and is issued by the general manager and takes effect from the date of issuance.
  This policy will be revised, adjusted and announced by the management in a timely manner according to changes in the company's internal and external environment. All employees of the company and relevant parties should pay attention to changes in the information security policy at any time and implement it in accordance with the latest information security policy.

3.1、Formulation and promulgation of information security policies and objectives

  1)The company's information security policies and objectives are formulated and promulgated by the company's general manager. They are the guidelines that all personnel of Guangdong Lenovo Dongde Communications Co., Ltd. must abide by. All personnel must comply with them unconditionally. Violation of the policies, objectives and strategic requirements will bring serious consequences and losses to the company or other partners.
  2)The company's information security policy and objectives should be developed and adjusted based on corporate strategy, legislation and contractual information security requirements.

3.2、Communication of information security policies and objectives

  1)Internal communication: The company communicates information security policies and objectives to every employee of Guangdong Lenovo Dongde Communications Co., Ltd. through shared disks, the company's official website and training.
   2)External communication: The company communicates information security policies and objectives to relevant parties through visitor notifications, official websites, etc.

3.3、Review and revision of information security policies and objectives

  1)Information security policies and objectives shall be reviewed at least once a year through management review. If found inappropriate, they may be revised with the approval of the general manager (or his authorized person) and communicated to internal employees and relevant parties through the original channels.
